Fire Fest 2007

I can definately say I had a good time walking around the Very recently known Firefest. I think it's kinda sad how it couldn't be bigger if it'd tried. Signs posted around town. the two city blocks sectioned for the fest. All we could do was hope to find a good shot with our cameras. My friend decided that he couldn't get a great shot and decided to enjoy some peppersteak from a Vendor. I took about 15 shots over the day and late evening. I wished i could take more but recently i just couldn't find a focal point without asking 100 people if i could take thier picture. Being i have no business cards that would be bad. So what i did was enjoyed the festival. it's not a good time unless you put your camera down at one time or another. Any photographer could tell you that.

The festival is something i quite enjoyed. not too big i couldn't walk it in 5 mins. There were lots of lovely craft vendors. perhaps it wasn't as much for sales as showing your wares. If i should show my photos anywhere i'd consider that place. I know how hard it is to sell small trinkets and beautiful art of many varieties.
