I've been busy shooting the Lupine Festival up North and the 9th Annual Sand Sculpture along the seacoast at Hampton Beach. Both were a sight to behold. Be sure to mark them on your calendar for next year as not to miss events.

Welcome back Danielle. I've been away from the site most of the summer. I have been having computer problems all summer. Glad to be back. I hope everyone has had a great summer and are all ready to shoot the magnificent changing colors of fall. This has got to be the favorite time of the year for photographers. Be sure to get out there and shoot, shoot, shoot. Make sure you upload your gems to this site for all of us to enjoy. Happy shooting. Kathy in NH
Hey Danielle-
-thanks for your welcome note, and kind comment regarding my photos. Dogs are, I assume obviously, my specialty, or rather companion animals at large; although I tend to like to post some of my, less marketable I’m afraid, art-type and street photography, so everyone can get a little better sense of me (I shoot rather prolifically, as my cameras are always with me). I offer my apologies for taking so long to post a reply as I’ve been, fortunately for me I suppose, rather busy lately. And thanks to you as well for creating such a cool area603 group centering around photography, a great idea, which I’m certain will prove to be fun, prosperous, and greatly appreciated by all those involved now, and hopefully even more in the future who venture on to area603! (I will surely be spreading the word) Meanwhile, I can’t wait, let’s see some more of your photography!?!

I know what you mean about the great folks with GSA. I have 3 friends actively involved, and that's how I decided to get into it too. It's amazing how much there is to learn about NH - even if we think we already know quite a bit!
Wow, really? A GSA? I haven't done any time yet. I'm right near the Nashua center, but it turns out they are staffed and don't need volunteers. So my choices are the Manchester center or at the airport. I'll be getting hours in by working at the Big E in Springfield in September. That's a great venue. :)
